Terms of Service

• You must be at least 13 years old to use AltGenator.
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

• AltGenator provides a web-based dashboard for Roblox account generation, account management, cookie checking, and related utilities.
• The Service includes both free and paid tiers (Premium, Extreme), each with varying generation limits, cooldowns, and feature access.
• Additional features include an account manager, rewards system, referral program, and achievement tracking.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

• A Discord account is required to access the AltGenator dashboard. Authentication is handled exclusively through Discord OAuth.
• Paid access (Premium or Extreme tier) is tied to your Discord account and is non-transferable.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account. AltGenator is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised Discord credentials.
• We may revoke or restrict your access if you violate these Terms.

• Payments for paid tiers and add-ons (such as cooldown resets) are processed through our third-party payment provider, SellAuth, accessible at shop.altgenator.com.
• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing for any tier or product at any time.
• Upon purchase, your tier upgrade is delivered automatically via webhook. If delivery fails, contact support for assistance.

You agree not to:

• Exploit or abuse the Service, including but not limited to: automated requests, API abuse, macros, scripting, or any method that circumvents rate limits or cooldowns.
• Bypass, disable, or attempt to circumvent bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) or other security measures.
• Share, resell, or distribute access to paid features or your account credentials.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users or staff members.
• Abuse the rewards, referral, or achievement systems through fraudulent activity.
• Use the Service, its data, design, functionality, or any information obtained through it to build, operate, assist, or contribute to a competing service, including but not limited to Roblox account generators, alt account services, or similar platforms.
• Access or use the Service if you own, operate, or are affiliated with a competing Roblox account generation service. Individuals and entities associated with competitor services are expressly prohibited from using AltGenator in any capacity.
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.

• All content, tools, branding, and code provided by AltGenator are the intellectual property of AltGenator.
• You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.
• You may not use any aspect of the Service — including its design, features, workflows, generated content, or underlying concepts — as a basis for creating or improving a competing product or service.
• The AltGenator name, logo, and associated branding are proprietary and may not be used without authorization.

• We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for violating these Terms.
• If you are banned from our Discord server, you forfeit any remaining paid access without a refund, as your Discord account is the sole method of authentication.
• You may stop using the Service at any time by simply discontinuing use.
• Upon termination, your stored data (generated accounts, settings, usage history) may be deleted at our discretion.

• AltGenator is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• We do not guarantee uptime, availability, accuracy of generated accounts, or uninterrupted access to any feature.
• AltGenator is not responsible for any damages, losses, account bans, or consequences resulting from your use of generated accounts or the Service.
• You use AltGenator entirely at your own risk.
• AltGenator is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc.

• AltGenator integrates with third-party services including Discord (authentication and community), SellAuth (payments), and Cloudflare (security and bot protection).
• Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
• We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
• Material changes will be communicated through our Discord server or dashboard. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
• Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
